- Is Gypsum Plaster harmful?
- Gypsum products are not considered hazardous under the EU CLP Regulations. There are no long-term negative effects of ingesting Gypsum Plaster on one’s health. If swallowed, thoroughly rinse the mouth with water. However the respiratory system, eyes, and sensitive skin may become irritated by Gypsum Plaster particles and dust. It is advised to wear PPE.
- How do you apply Tacktile Gypsum Plaster to a surface?
- Apply Gypsum Plaster with firm pressure to a solid surface. Protect the finish surface from ongoing moisture exposure. Prolonged moisture exposure may result in a loss of strength and/or adhesion. Painting projects should not begin until the surface is completely dry. Use Tacktile Bonding Liquid for a water resistant surface.
